day of camp, after the game and during the picnic.

you can click the appropriate method of payment. Other online payments
include Visa and Mastercard.
I don't have a Visa or MasterCard. How can I get a photo.

direct and we will be happy to accept a cheque, cash or money order
upon pickup. Cheques can be made payable to Game Action Multimedia
Expressions or GAME. Phone: 250-770-0256 or email us at info@yougottalovethisgame.com.
My son/daughter will be travelling with friends. Can he/she just
pick up the photos on the last day?
No problem.
We attended the camp and forgot to pick up our photos. How do we get
our photo that we paid for?
All photos that have not been picked up will be mailed to you on
the following Monday.
Can we order additional copies at a later date?
All photos we take will be archived. Contact us direct if you
would like another copy. We can print and mail you another or send the
original file by email.
Will other action photos be available for purchase on the last day
like previous years?
Yes! We will have our photo tent setup with 4 monitors to view
action photos taken during the week. Additional action photos will be
available for purchase. Printed on location or the files can be burned to
disk.
How do I get the photos off the disk?
We love the changes in technology with regards to photos and
digital printing. When we burn the photos to disk, you are receiving the
un-cropped, hi-resolution photo. You can take this CD to one of many photo
labs in your town/city and develop those photos from as little as $.19
each! Walmart, London Drugs & Canadian Wholesale Club are among the
many photo labs that can develop direct from your CD. You simply place the
CD in the photo kiosk and use the touch-screen monitor to crop your photo
to size and print.
You can expect to pay the following photo printing prices;
4 x 6 $ .19 Each
5 x 7 $ .99 Each
8 x 10 $ 2.99 Each
How do I crop a photo?
When you load a CD either into a photo kiosk, software gives you
the option to select an area you want to print . This sometimes can
eliminate background that makes the photo better! Click here
to see a crop demonstration.
What does it mean when it says I can order a Collage on disk or CD?
When purchasing a printed collage of any style, we extend the option of
getting the custom collage that we created on CD for only $ 10. This means
you can print more copies for family and friends. The actual jpg file of
the 8 x 10 is on the CD in it's hi-resolution format. Share these
memories! They make great gifts!
What about the copyright?
At GAME we are please to be a part of your Big League Experience
and we are happy to waive the copyright on all purchased photos. When you
purchase a photo, printed or on CD, please feel free to make more copies.
These are, your memories!
There is a spelling error in my collage. How can I get it corrected?
No problem. We will fix it and print another. We rely on your
information for spelling and its' accuracy. During the payment process you
will be asked for the "Registered Player Name" Please provide us
with accurate spelling of first and last name. This is how it will appear
on any collage style.
One of the photos used in our collage is not my son. How can I get
it corrected?
No problem. At Game we take pride in our work, however, from time
to time many ball players can look alike when making a slide into second.
We can make mistakes. We will locate another photo and print you a new
collage, no charge.
My Son has made it to the Big League and I would like a photo from
when he played at The Big League Experience Baseball Camp in 2005. Can we
get another copy?
Certainly. We will actually send you two copies so he can sign one
and return it to us at Game. We often wonder....How much would a signed
collage of Larry Walker when he was 15 be worth? :0)
Please email us if you have any further questions.
